Jeremy VanderKnyff, Ph.D., PMP is the Chief Integration and Informatics Officer at Proactive MD, a national Advanced Primary Care company. His responsibilities include working across and integrating departments to deliver the company’s strategic roadmap, leading Proactive MD’s product, technology, marketing, and data science teams, and working with employers, health plans, and partners on designing innovative value-based care delivery models. Prior to joining Proactive MD in 2018, Jeremy had 10 years’ experience in clinical operations and health informatics at the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control, now the Department of Public Health, where he served as a Lean Six Sigma consultant and eventually as Director of Project Management, building and leading the agency’s first enterprise Project Management Office. Jeremy has served as an expert panelist and consultant for public health and primary care data systems, organizational performance management, and population health. He earned his Ph.D. in Medical Anthropology from the University of South Carolina.
